What if you could combine the addictive photo-grazing of Pinterest with the addictive voyeurism of Facebook? Then you’d have Friendsheet, the new app from developer Zach Allia that lets you turn the photos from your news feed into a Pinterest-esque visual feast.
TechCrunch reports that Friendsheet jumped from 60,000 users to 150,000 users thanks to the “Like” of a single man — the Zuckster himself, Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg.
It works by using Facebook Connect to display all of the photos in your news feed on a wide board, neatly jigsawed together with comments listed underneath each picture. Hmm, sound familiar?
As TechCrunch points out, while Facebook uses a sorting algorithm to only display photos from your close friends, Friendsheet has no such barrier to entry, meaning you’ll end up perusing photos from friends you forgot you had.
