  1. Agree wholeheartedly with all the steps. My hobby became a business ONLY when I committed. Staying as a hobby would have been “safe”, but making the commitment to be SERIOUS about what I did, also changed the way I went about things. Took lots of business workshops on how to be effective. Listened to mentors. Learned when to delegate those tasks I didn’t really enjoy. Promised myself always to stay true to the goals, NEVER let anything ship out that wasn’t 100% right, and above all, keep the customer happy. The happy ones, talk to others!
